    Xbox One Wont Reset


    Xbox One goes to a black screen and then eventually goes to the reset page. Once on the reset page, I choose to factory reset it, only for it just to go back to the reset page all over again. What can I do?

    Hey eMe Steeze! I would suggest trying a reset via USB, steps can be found

    here    . If you continue to have issues, the console will most likely need to be sent in for repair. Thanks!
