    Xbox one won't register my internet password


    I have been looking through the threads in hopes that someone has had a similar issue. the Xbox has 4-5 bars for my internet. It was literally connected yesterday, then come today I try to sign on and it doesn't register the password I give for my internet.
    I have tried 20 times and I know for a fact I'm typing it in correctly. Is there any trouble shooting for this?!

    My xbox one won't connect to the internet,every time i try to connect to the internet it shuts off and restarts..just as i get done typing in the password and hitting enter it doe that.

    Apparently all you have to do is write something on here for it to work. 21 times a charm.

    If you have your Xbox One on instant on mode turn it to energy saving mode instead. Instant on causes alot of problems with networks.

    and when I test the connection, it registers that it's receiving internet connection, it just won't connect to XBox live.

    This won't be a real MTU issue I don't think it will just mean the service is blocked, when you connect your PC to the wall socket what do you have to do to connect to the Internet? Do you have to enter a username and password each time on a web page to
    connect or do you have to register you PC (a one time registration) and then from then on you can connect without having to enter a username/password
