Xbox One won't recognize my external hard drive

Discus and support Xbox One won't recognize my external hard drive in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So my problem is the following, yesterday i plugged in my external HDD Lacie 1,5 TB (FAT32) into my Xbox One to watch some video's and it worked...     Xbox One won't recognize my external hard drive


    So my problem is the following,

    yesterday i plugged in my external HDD Lacie 1,5 TB (FAT32) into my Xbox One to watch some video's and it worked perfectly.

    However, i had to transfer some large video files (more than 4GB) from my laptop to the HDD, and it appeared that was not possible with Fat32.

    So i converted my external HDD from FAT32 to NTFS (with the content still on it) just by using CMD on my laptop. After the converting was complete, i plugged the HDD back into my Xbox One, and now it won't recognize it anymore? I tried all usb ports, tried
    a different cable but won't help Xbox One won't recognize my external hard drive :( i don't know what to do now Xbox One won't recognize my external hard drive :(

    Xbox One won't recognize my external hard drive

    Try formatting back to FAT32, this is system most commonly recognized by Xbox and Windows.

    I got an external hard drive for my Xbox One and installed everything on it, yesterday i turned off the Xbox while i was on a game and now my Xbox doesn't recognize the hard drive but when i connected it to my PC it is recognized.

    Perhaps your child's external hard drive is not working. Is your child's external hard drive recognized by the Xbox One? Does it turn on any lights?

    I've just finished downloading/installing the newest system update for xbox one. The xbox now no longer recognizes my external hard drive. I have tried numerous times restarting the system, as well as unplugging/replugging in the external hard drive.
