Xbox One won't recognize Gold account

Discus and support Xbox One won't recognize Gold account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm signed in as usual, did a complete removal of my account from my xbox and resigned in, hard reboot, and STILL get the "sign up to gold" option...     Xbox One won't recognize Gold account


    I'm signed in as usual, did a complete removal of my account from my xbox and resigned in, hard reboot, and STILL get the "sign up to gold" option when I go to play online. My account is up to date and was working last night. Any help would be great.

    I took a peek at your
    Xbox Live account     and I can see th at since you posted, you were able to unlock some achievements. Are you still having issues or were you able to get your Gold situation sorted?

    Xbox One won't recognize my gold account

    Some support guy told my husband that I hadn't had a subscription since January 2016 but I played on Xbox live literally every day all year long. And I was just on there this morning playing GTA V. But now since the support guy told us I haven't had one
    in over a year, when I definitely did have one, it's gone. I can't sign in on my other consoles. This is garbage! I wouldn't have to put up with this nonsense if I had just gotten a PS4!

    Xbox One won't recognize Gold account

    On the forums your account shows up as silver, If you have recently added gold (not trial) then I suggest calling Xbox Live Support to see what went wrong.

    I'm having the same issue - signed up to Gold account yesterday but still getting the "join xbox live gold" message on

    HaloJolly is correct in that the Kinect will only recognize one of you as the profile holder. You could set up an extra account on the Xbox One for your wife. The One has a Home Gold feature that allows all profiles to share gold if one account has it, so
    that it will automatically recognize her as her own profile (unless you prefer it see her as a guest).
