Xbox one won't read that I'm connected to wifi?!

So sometimes I have the problem where my Xbox disconnects from live, so I connect to the wifi and its says it's all good, but yet I'm still not connected. This happens with every connection I try to connect to. It makes no sense at all. Help please

I'm sorry to see any sign in issues with Jigsaw and Sudoku! Checking on
your profile, I don't see any activity for even Solitaire and Mahjong (the Achievements section shows most recently played, not necessarily most recent achievement earned). Are you playing on a different account and it might be having issues due to that?
If you are using a different account, please post what that gamertag is so we can ensure we have all the right information.

However, in the meantime, some troubleshooting! Let's have us force Jigsaw and Sudoku to forget your sign in information. Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard (or click the Start Menu icon in the task bar), click on the gear for Settings,
click on System, click on Apps & features on the left, then search for Jigsaw. Click on it to expand the section, and then click on Advanced options. From there, you can Reset the app. This
will remove any sign in information on the app to refresh it. Do the same thing for Sudoku.

After you do that, please attempt to sign in again and let me know how that goes. I look forward to sorting this out with you.

hey mate, have you tried power cycling your console to see if that helps? When the xbox is on, hold down the power button for about 10second until the console turns off, unplug the power brick, and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then plug it all back
in and try again.

If that doesn't work, I'd reccomend trying these troubleshooting steps found here:

Tried it several times does not work, when I go to the home page it says not connected, so I connect and it says it's all good, but then I go back to the homepage and it says still not connected. It's actually ridiculous

Yeah, I bet it would be frustrating

Go through these steps and see if it helps:

Unfortunately, its not something I know a 'perfect fix' for, so will need to just try and eliminate various options, and failing that hopefully one of the support crew will come along and assist

None of those work, I'm not sure if it's a wireless problem because it does say connected. It has to be something with the Xbox, I know several other people that are dealing with this too. I think I'm just gonna switch over to a PS4 .
