Xbox one wont power on

my console was working fine earlier this morning, now I'm trying to play a game and it wont power on. I have tried turning on with the controller and nothing happens but the light on the controller flashing. then when I try to manually turn it on nothing
happens no sound or light on the button. I have unplugged the power supply from the console and the wall and waited for a good while then plugged it all back up and still nothing but a constant orange light on the power supply.

Try another wall outlet. Wall outlets sometimes malfunction. Connect your console and power supply to a different outlet, and then test again.

If possible, borrow a power supply from a friend's Xbox One console. Try that power supply on your console. If your console works, there's a problem with your power supply and you need to replace it.

I'm having same problem except my power brick is good I had 2of my friends bring over there ones and they both started up just fine but when u plug it back into mine it flashes to led then to orange 3times stopping on orange with no power at all to my console...
it was working fine shut it off for an hour turned back on had good got past that then my console shut itself off and that's how I got to where I am now.... any advice would be appreciated I'm out of warranty so doing experimental procedures don't bother me...
any advice?
