Xbox one won't power on with any method!

Hello there, today i received a beta update when this happens i turn my xbox from the console, but this time wont power on, i try all the troubleshooting guide and nothing any advice or help!

xbox won't sync to xbox live.

hey guys. so i'm having trouble with my xbox one. i updated it yesterday and now it won't sync to xbox live so none of my games will play. watch dogs sits at the press A to start screen. forza says it failed to load profile, fifa won't connect or load profile,
same with all my other games. it started after i updated to yesterday. i've tried the hold power button reset method and the unplug power brick for 2min method neither has worked, is there a way i can uninstall the update or at this point am i going to have
to do a factory restore? any help would be great guys. thanks.

 

Purchase additional Xbox One Power supply

HI,

I move my console between different rooms and with my old 360 I purchased an additional power supply from MS which solved the issue of moving the power. I cannot seem to find any method to purchase an Xbox one power supply without sending my old one back.

Any ideas?

 

Sorry to hear it. If the console is plugged in to a power bar please try plugging it directly into a wall socket.

Other than that you may need to send the console in for a warranty repair.

 

I do it already, i plug and unplug all cables too... and nothing¿ if a disc game is in the console do you know any manual form to eject ? or i send with it? thanks you!

 

When you tried to turn the console on, does it power on for a second and immediately shut off? If so I had the same problem and had to have the console sent in for repairs.

Remember, only the console needs to be sent in and nothing else.

 

Thank so much for all the help, i unplug all the cables and then only plug the electric to the console and turn on (only with power cord) , then i plug the hdmi, kinect and ethernet cable and woks.... who knows what happens! have a good day everybody!
