Xbox One Wont Play Or React When I Insert Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 Games

I have been on support chat for more than 4 hours now xD and still no one has an answer so I was hoping this may help.

My Xbox One plays xbox one games perfectly and my Xbox 360 runs my Xbox 360 games perfectly. If i insert Xbox 360 games in my Xbox One (Skate 3, Black Ops and Black Ops 2) I have no option to install or play any game. My xbox is acting the exact same as
if I haven't inserted an Xbox 360 Game. I double check and the games are on the Backwards Compatibility list, i've reset my Xbox, deleted my account and redownloaded it, cleared local and Xbox 360 data and the bluray persistent storage still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated

In addition to above when you insert an Xbox 360 disc for a game that is backwards compatible your console will need to download the backwards compatible version of the game from the Microsoft servers and you must keep the disc in the console to play the

As an owner of an xbox one s I do play xbox 360 games with backwards compatibility. The simplest way to explain how it does this is this: the xbox one essentially opens up the xbox 360 software to be able to play the games that are backwards compatible.

Are there any scratches or cracks on the discs you're using? If there are, are you able to test them on a different console to see if there's any change with them? Also, be sure your Xbox One is connected to Xbox Live when you insert the discs.

 

Yeah I've made sure to check for cracks and scratches and can't find a single fault with them. My Xbox One is connected to Live and im yet to try the discs on another console

 

Where did you purchase the games?
