Xbox One won't play movie

I need ideas because I can't figure it out at all.

I put in a new movie and it will play through the previews just fine, but then goes black at the title screen and the menu bar refuses to pull up. We played it on our old Xbox 360 and the title screen will pull up and the movie will play like it should,
so that rules out the problem being the disc, but the Xbox One will play every other movie just fine, so it's not the console either. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Blu-ray app just in case, but I'm still having the same problem. Region code is correct
and everything too. The problem is just this particular movie with this particular console. I just don't get it.

Please help!

Are you receiving this error while signed into the account that originally purchased the content? If you are not, please be sure that profile is signed-in so you can view that content. If you are signed into the appropriate account, let's give these steps
a shot, please be sure to let us know how it goes!

- Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.

- Remove power from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

- Once 5 minutes have passed, plug everything back in and power back on.

Post back and let us know how it goes!

movies won't play

my downloaded movies wont play on my xbox 1. i just watched them the other day. when i try to watch it says

can't play

to play premium content, please ensure your build of windows is signed with the official microsoft windows production certificate.

problems like this are why all of my other electronic devices are apple products

My xbox one won't play movies made with Nero Vision, yet my other standalone blu-ray player will.

I am having the same problem. The movie does not play when I press play movie. It starts to load on the app and then shuts off my screen and goes back to the app when it asks me to play or restart movie. Should I delete the movie? And start again? Will it charge me?
