Xbox one won't play games more than once

    Xbox one won't play games more than once


    So my Xbox One S is letting me open a game once and runs fine but once I cancel out it wants to be stuck on main menu loading screens with fortnite it gets stuck on looking for updates for state of decay 2 it's always trying to sync data is my xbox aboit
    to die or is there a way to fix this. I have deleted every game multiple times and reinstalled deleted my account and went back in restarted my modem it's not on my end and this starting happening when the microsoft store was updated

    Hey Ricky

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to launch games on your console.

    As per the scenario you described, I believe the best option would be to perform a

    power cycle     first on your console.

    If you are still experiencing difficulties after this, then a soft
    factory reset     on your console would be the next step. This will allow your console to refresh the operating system of the device and provide a much better experience.

    Once you choose the option Reset and keep my games & apps keep in mind that this will remove all account and Home Xboxassociations, so make sure you have all the info in-hand for the accounts you wish to recover.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

    I wouldn't say easy coin, I fight Ancient dragons almost exclusively and they can be quite challenging.
