Xbox One won't load

I play on Xbox One. There's no error code. I can view my achievements and my car designs, but it won't load all the cars I had in November, and it won't load my progress.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this problem with your console loading up to the general dashboard. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning, maybe even distressing. If' you are having persistent start
up issues, I'd definitely make it a point to try the reset methods outlined in Troubleshoot startup errors on Xbox One
at some point.

Have you tried unplugging your xbox power cord for about 10 minutes and then plugging it back in and trying to start it up then?

This may help reset it and get you back up and going. Make sure your xbox has plenty of ventilation as well as not built up with dust also!

A few days ago my xbox froze up suddenly so I tried to switch it off and on again, only it wouldn't start up once I switched it on. After switching on the xbox, it displays the green startup screen for about
10 minutes, after that its just a black screen in which I cannot do anything. After another 10 minutes it will let me bring up the menu but nothing else l. If I try to click on home or any game, it just takes me back to that black screen. I've tried turning
it off and on and leaving it on that black screen for hours, but it still doesn't load anything, not even the home. How do I fix?
