    Xbox one won't load up my profile or my friends list .


    so i cannot see my profile or my friends , when xbox is turned off and turned back on it still does the same . is anyone else having this problem , my xbox has been like it now for at least 24 hours or more now . thankyou for your help in advance .

    Backwards compatible

    so I load up black ops 2 on my xbox one now that it is backwards compatible. My xbox one is connected to xbox live but when it loads up the 360 loading screen and etc and tries to connect my profile to xbox live on the 360 end, it won't connect?

    No Home screen

    After a recent update with the preview dashboard my xbox one my home screen won't load. I can use the kinect voice commands to access my games and apps but there is no home screen or feed. I can also snap things like my friends list and also sign in and

    A little update: If you go to https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/SkypeMessages this error won't happen. But the entire website is pretty broken. Friends list oft will not load properly, when clicking on other profiles my feed will pop up instead. This needs
    to be fixed asap. Pretty pathetic for a multi-billion dollar company. -_-
