Xbox one won't load gta just quits 3 seconds after to dashboard

Xbox one gta v won't load, it's my only disk game and the only game that does this, it loads the picture at the start and hen goes to dash board, I've tried full power cycle, uninstall reinstall, deleting game memory, hard reset then holding power and disk
eject button, removing and adding account back

Nothing works. please help me!

still having issues... but now it is worse than before...

uninstalled and installed the game again.. now, it won't even load.. it freezes after about 3 seconds, and it goes back to xbox dashboard..

 

Dashboard won't load!

This just started happening recently but when I turn my Xbox One on the dashboard items such as the marketplace items like movies, games, music etc. won't load. The loading animation spins for about 30 seconds and then the tab says "Having Trouble Connecting?
It might be a problem on our end...". I'm still able to play on xbox live and do all those things, but the dashboard won't load. Anyone else having this problem?

 

Hello, the problem is probably of the disc, even if the game disc is cracked and you can't notice the lector can I will recommend you to change it.

 

It couldn't be, because the disc reinstalled perfectly without error.

 

I Fixed it! eventually I gave up and Factory Reset as a last ditch effort and it worked, I reset and kept my games and apps and it worked. Hope this helps someone!

 

Gta V might need an update .

Check your download queue, Once you try to run the game.
