    Xbox One Won't Load games past title screen.


    My son's xbox one will not load any games past the title screen. After the title screen, it crashes and goes back to the home menu. I have tried to rest the console wiping all the data. I tried the shut down and then unplug method and still doesn't work.
    Any ideas why no games will load.

    Hello!

    Is your console connected to the internet? Because certain games require updates and there is no way to run them without them.

    I am not sure whether you have tried the factory reset option yet? Can you confirm you've reset it to factory defaults and set it up again?

    Hey, i would say to try and restart the xbox. The xbox might need to update if so you’d go into setting and check for updates it might work after that.
