Xbox one won't load games but youtube works

    Hello my xbox crashes everytime I try to load any game..it just says it took too long to start but after that message it almost freezes up and won't even try to load anything else..everything I tried loading crashes it except youtube and tubi.. starts
    and runs no problem but every game just says it took too long..I've tried the power cycle and starting it offline..when it does start back up it takes a couple minutes before the green xbox screen comes up..then I sit on that screen for about 5 minutes..when
    i finally get to the dashboard everything runs fine until i pick a game I've tried at least 10 different games over 24 hours and have to restart it everytime by holding down the button for 8 seconds..I even tried unhooking it all overnight..was hoping there
    was some way I could get this working without reseting the whole console..thanks

    Games will not play and most areas of the dashboard in the game area are just spinning.

    I am still having an issue with playing games gets stuck when loading the profile settings. Also youtube won't work or explorer. Netflix works

    I know the problem your having.

    I had the same when the new cod droped and got that black screen. About a week later it stoped.

    have you tryed to deinstall and reinstall the app?
