XBOX ONE wont load dashboad

This started yesterday:

Turned on my XBOX One , watched netflix for a bit then all of a sudden the screen went blank. I powered off the console fully and then powered back on. I get the green XBOX ONE loading screen, I get audio as well when it loads. It stays on this green loading
screen for some time and then it goes back to a blank screen. The controller, console, and Kinect all power on.

Things I've tried:

Fully disconnected the console from HDMI as well as power cable and tried booting up.

Cleaned the dust out of the vents on sides and top of console.

Pushed the XBOX and Eject button to boot at lower resolution.

Reseated the HDMI cable

Tried plugging the HDMI into a different input.

I've done these several time throughout yesterday and still this morning I am not able to boot the dashboard/ Home screen.

LOL first I get the red ring of death on my XBOX 360 now this happens on my XBOX ONE. Microsoft I like your stuff but your killing me

Sorry to hear you are having problems, also make sure that your xbox is connected directly to your TV. No AMP /Switch in between or anything else. Pull out everything except HDMI and Power and try again.

Change HDMI port on your TV (It might have blown?)

Also try something else on that HDMI port.

The problem we've experienced seems related to "cold starting". If the console has been off for more than an hour a black screen will appear, but after it's warmed up for a while (even without a power cycle), it works fine.

Perhaps the glitch is related to the cpu being cold.
