Xbox One Wont Load Anything

I have tried both of these and still does not work

Go to your console settings>general tab>network and internet settings>advanced settings>alternative mac address>click clear. After that restart your console and see if the problem persists.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem starting up your Xbox. I know you said that you tried a hard reset but if you wouldn't mind I'd like for you to try it this way: press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off, leave it off
for 30s and then turn it back on. I especially want you to leave it off for 30 seconds and then when you turn it back on let us know what happens okay?

If you are using an external hard drive, disconnect it and then power up the console. See if this allows the console to boot properly.

Then power cycle the console (press power button for 10 seconds, unplug it from the wall for a few minutes, then power it on) and reconnect the hard drive.

Regarding this problem you are having, I recommend that you try the following solutions.

Solution 1:

Press and hold the "Power" button which is located on the front of the Xbox until the console turns off completely.

Unplug the power brick from the back of the console and make sure that you unplug it directly from the console and not the wall socket.

Press and hold the "Power" button of the console for at least 1 minute and release it. After releasing, press it a couple of times to completely discharge the static electricity.

Plug the power brick back in and wait for the orange light of the power button to turn white.

Press the "Power" button to turn the Xbox on.

*Test the problem games again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

*Select to keep your games and applications, so that they are not deleted, if the problem persists, choose to delete everything from the console, as there may be something corrupted in the system.

*Make sure you know your email and password as this procedure will remove the account from the console, and you will need to add it again.
