xbox one wont load anything, wont allow controller to scroll onto anything.

So my Xbox one has become a brick at this point. As soon as i turn it on it will go to home screen as normal but that's it. Just will sit there (disconnected from the internet it says). my Controller works fine i have tested it on other Xbox's. I am part
of the preview program and had felt it was making my console worse, so a day before this post I tried leaving it in hope to fix my Xbox. Please help someone.

Hello Nathan,

If you are using an external hard drive, disconnect it and then power up the console. See if this allows the console to boot properly.

Then power cycle the console (press power button for 10 seconds, unplug it from the wall for a few minutes, then power it on) and reconnect the hard drive.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem starting up your Xbox. I know you said that you tried a hard reset but if you wouldn't mind I'd like for you to try it this way: press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off, leave it off
for 30s and then turn it back on. I especially want you to leave it off for 30 seconds and then when you turn it back on let us know what happens okay?

I will also put a link here for following the steps if your Xbox One isn't powering on because this includes checking the power supply unit and some other ways of plugging the console that may help:

You'll want to post in the
Xbox One Insider Program Forums for the best information and assistance. Since the update is still in the early stages, some things may not work correctly at times as it is a Beta. So they'll have the best insight and be able to troubleshoot any potential
issues. If you want to opt out of the Insider Program, you can do so from the Insider App on the console. Keep in mind thought that doing so, will cause your console to factory reset and any games and apps will need to be reinstalled to the console. It sounds
like you already opted out, but I just wanted to mention it just in case. Generally console's are added or removed from preview waves as soon as the next update comes out. If you post on the Insider forums, the teams may have more information as to when that
might occur.

I'm sure they can help further.

I'm actually experiencing the same thing. It goes to main screen, the time is off because I'm "disconnected from the internet" (when everything else at home is connecting fine). I press the guide button, and the screen freezes. I can't scroll anywhere, can't
even return to home. I'm forced to hard reset it. It'll go on for 15-30 minutes until it resolves itself...

... and then a few days later it happens again.

It's very frustrating when I only have one or two hours to play games daily, and half an hour is wasted on power cycling the console.
