Xbox One won't load ANYTHING. Literally. (dashboard and games included)

Been having this issue for a couple of weeks, started out of the blue. Cleared caches and memory, hard reset, soft reset, scrambled reset, restore to defaults, deleted my account and redownloaded, deleted games. Affects everything on internal and external
hard drives. Sending it to Microsoft see if they will send it back fixed

 

same here. It's happened on and off for months. Ever since the update in January. But hasn't happened for about a month and thought Microsoft finally fixed their stuff up. Then today it worked fine at lunch then this afternoon all that loads is the home
screen. I can see all my apps and games but nothing loads. Says takes too long. And some of the settings dont work either. Tried to do factory reset and it doesn't even do that. Nothing happens. Fix your **** xbox. Really getting pissed off at the same faults
that you dont acknowledge or fix.

I have called tech support a bunch of time and nothing. I didn't know so many people were having this problem.

Microsoft needs to fix this. If their product is unusable, no one will buy it. I was thinking of trading in for the Scorpio in a few months, but forget that if this is how Microsoft designs it's products now.

 

Same here, even factory reset the console and it's exactly the same. One of my games was updating half way through and then it simply refuses to update any higher. Now I have to redone load the game and it won't go past 20kb/30gb, this may be the deciding
factor that converts me to PS4 or PC

I started having these problems since the last update came out.

 

i think i have a similar. Problem. when i have my xbox one. on the Internet. and energy saving. Mode. it acts slow to start up it also. effects.s my Call of Duty. Black OPS. 3 when i play Call of Duty. Black OPS. 3 multiplayer game it gaves me a message.
Internet. Interruption. when playing Call of Duty. Black OPS. 3 online. Multiplayer. the only solution. that seems to fix i put my console on. Instant. On. mode. and clear. Alternate. mac address and turn on meter. Connection. Setting. in my Call of
Duty Black OPS. 3. Settings. Another. Problem. This. Problem. small when I Start. a app then quit the app it makes. A. Very. Brief. Static. sound but sometimes when i start. a app and close it acts normal. i talked to Microsoft. about. this and still
waiting for Microsoft. to respond to my email. My. Xbox. 1. Work. Great. Offline. and i have no problem. When? it is offline.

 

yes guys do a hard reset it worked for me

 

You might have gotten lucky, been having this problem for weeks and ive tried everything.

 

you might need to do a soft reset I've had to do it like 5 times because this keeps happening to me you hold the sync button power button and eject button until you hear the power up sound twice (starting while the Xbox is off) then it should prompt a troubleshooter
then restore to factory settings and choose to save all games and apps and when you get back on the only thing you need to do is sign back into your account on the xbox

same for me, no games load, digital or disc. Started yesterday afternoon. Microsoft needs a fix soon. Tech support was a 2 hr wait to talk to someone, and these forums wouldn't even load up yesterday. Lots of users having this problem.

 

I’m Currently having this isssue now. I just got done with my 6 day road trip. Set my Xbox up, noticed it was a little slow and having internet connection issues but that was normal. But then my game froze in the middle of a raid and kicked me to the home
screen. Then to make a long story short I wiped the external HDD and now I’m getting X app/game took too long to load. This isn’t very irritating

 

Did you even read the comments or the OG issue?
