Xbox one won't load any store or social features

Discus and support Xbox one won't load any store or social features in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Anyone else having this issue? I can only see my recent activity and games and apps, no store, no games with gold nothing!...     Xbox one won't load any store or social features


    Anyone else having this issue? I can only see my recent activity and games and apps, no store, no games with gold nothing!

    Xbox Store won't load

    Thanks I'll try that now it's been like this for a week now hopefully this works cos I'm getting annoyed now

    Xbox one won't load any store or social features

    Ok very fast update. It seems to be a bug with instant sign in. Refreshing your profile seems to do the trick or deleting and redownloading your profile cures it.

    You're not alone , both I and several others have had this issue on and off post NXOE. I also used to use instant sign in and then had the missing content on community and the other tabs etc.

    At the time support were trying to get people to reset consoles , offline updates etc with no apparent cure .

    I did all that nonsense and it solved nothing. I then decided to use manual signin and issues went away completely. Although the community tab and trending TV often had to be refreshed manually.

    In the case of the activity feed on community tab apparently that's normal.

    Post the update on the 23rd I started to use instant signin again which worked until this morning. So I've turned it off again..

    Try that and see how you go. If you contact xboxsupport on phone or twitter mention the sign in bug. They were looking into it with me and others so hopefully...

    It's definitely a sign in bug. The symptoms are too similar for all affected who are across multiple countries.

    Overall, it's just not stable for me. After startup, I can get the store to load fine, but only sometimes. Other times I get a blank blue screen, I can sit there for 10+ minutes and nothing will load. If I start a game, it's the end for any of my features
    until I reboot the system. "What's New?" fails to load, the game info and add-ons won't load, errors when trying to watch any stream, and the Store will not load at all.

    It was fine and for the most part functional, I still had most of these problems, but they weren't as bad. Then Software patch 1.61 hit and all hell broke loose. I tried everything I could, to no avail. I've seen a few people on the Sony forums with the
    same Store loading problem, but no answers either.

    Thank, but this info is for 10. I have 8.1. I think THAT is one of the problems, but I still don't know why I simply can not find it anywhere in programs, features etc and the store 99% of the time won't load either,

    Maybe computer spooks?
