xbox one wont load any games disc or digital, microsoft cant help over the phone...

any one else experience this issue? no games start they just take me back to the home screen after the first menu, sat trouble shooting with support for an hour and a half and now their saying their gonna call me back on tuesday (its saturday) then i might
have to send it to them but the console is 3 months old from brand new i dont think its the disc drive because the digital games are crashing too

digital download

my digital download of cod ghosts wont load up on my xbox one system i have deleted the game and re-installed it several times but still doesn't load could any one help with this issue

Game Auto Update issues

GUNNER 26: Are your games on disc or are they digital downloads?

If your games are on disc the xbox will download the patch in standby mode, but wont install the update untill you put the disc in and load the game. This is normal.

If your games are digital it will (should) download AND install the update whilst in standby.

2 didn't unlock in feb for me and too say that the thread is answered is rubbish as I cant reset my phone and certainly not buying a new one.

Add another one today, Risk - 20 wins, earned it this morning and wont sync keep getting connection problem and to check my connection. Leaderboards not loading on any games so certainly a XBOX issued but no doubt will say its our fault.

Sort it asap Microsoft as this is a joke and embarrassing, I certainly wont be buying any more wp games or a new window phone

My hard drive wont load please help i cant play any games on it the lights on and its plugged into the back of my Xbox series s

Not sure why Microsoft wont let me play these backward games and I cant buy digital version from the xbox one store.I may be with Microsoft for one year only.
