New accounts are better off being created via the desktop site so you can confirm and verify all the new info. Keep in mind that if you have a ban on one account, All accounts can be affected by it, Not saying that's the case here, It's just something

What error messages do you get when you attempt to sign on, and when you attempt to create a new account? This can help others figure out what is going on and get you a solution faster.

Hi sorry you are having issues. Can I ask why you are attempting to create a new account and not readd your existing one? It really is important that we have more information/error codes to be able to assist further.

this is the same with my xbox one when I am not signed in I can access the menu on the left but when I am signed in it wont let me at all can not c massagers wont let me join any parties
