Xbox one wont let me sign in please help

So I've had my Xbox for well over a year or so now and I've had very few problems with it until recently. I used to be able to just click my sign in account and it would sign me in instantly, but a couple days ago it asked for my password which is no big
deal, but while I was putting my password in it froze and exited the screen, so I tried again and it looked like it tried to load the 'please enter your password' screen, but it always cuts out and just sends me to an empty window with a 'send feedback' and
a 'cancel' buttons. The send feedback takes me to the store and says there's no app by that name. I've tried the reset thing where you hold the power button down for 10 seconds multiple times and it never seems to work. It's been like this for a few days now
and it's getting very frustrating. If anyone has any ideas or solutions please help.

xbox wont let me sign in PLEASE HELP!

Have you tried redownloading your profile? Go to Social>Sign In/Out>Download Profile. Let me know if that works.

xbox wont let me sign in PLEASE HELP!

My xbox 360 S 250g version will not let me sign in for some reason... it says " error signing in to this account". i tried on my other account to. it's just starting this after i deleted the system cache to help speed up my xbox. how do i speed it up and
fix this problem too? please help. Thanks.

I'm sorry to see any issues with the console! It sounds like it needs to be factory reset since the Store is giving you some grief, too. You will want to do a

factory reset that keeps your games & apps first; however, if that doesn't work, you will need to do a full one to remove everything from the console.

And I can sign in on my phone on the website no problem but just cant on my xbox one I need somone to call me and help

New accounts are better off being created via the desktop site so you can confirm and verify all the new info. Keep in mind that if you have a ban on one account, All accounts can be affected by it, Not saying that's the case here, It's just something
worth mentioning.
