    XBOX One won't let me play online


    Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place in the forums, sorry if its not. I bought an XBOX One yesturday, and after setting it all up, downloading all my games ect. I started playing GTA Online, and after 10-20 minutes it got signed out of XBOX Live,
    it happened 14 times before i stopped playing it. I then went to play online in Minecraft too see if it was just GTA Online, but everything (including apps) sign me out after using them for 10-20 minutes. So basically I've not been able to play online for
    more than 10 minutes without having to sign back into XBOX Live.

    So I contacted XBOX live chat and he took me through all the troubleshooting, and none of it worked. Am I the only one with this problem, or is it a common thing?

    Xbox won't let me play online

    when I try to start an online game, my xbox says that I can't play online because of my former behavior. I just bought three months gold and now I can't even use it and I don't know what I've done wrong!

    Won't let me play the video game

    I just buy mafia 3 on xbox one and it won't let me play and keep saying this not a xbox one game so I buy it online now it won't let me install the game.

    whats your internet speed ?

    If your using wifi try moving closer to the router is pos or get a booster

    Have you got a open NAT network settings test connection you can also check your speed here and live will tell you if theres any problems if your set up

    Have you tried resetting your router / Xbox ?

    Might be worth ringing your internet provider to see if they can help.

    My internet speed is 77.41Mbps own and 11.90Mbps Up. My NAT is open and I've reset both a couple of times but still no change

    Is my Xbox One defective?

    I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!

    Xbox won't let me online

    Did you go to Settings, Network, Network Settings, Detailed Network Statistics and make sure you have the required speeds? No Packet Loss? MTU is in the range required? Also be sure to Test Multiplayer Connections and see if you get any errors or messages.

    You can also try changing your connection. If you are Wired, go wireless and vice versa. Also unplug your modem/router/gateway for 5-10 minutes and Clear your MAC address on the console (Settings, Network, Networks Settings, Advanced Settings, Alt MAC Address,
    Clear).
