Xbox one won't let me play digital downloaded games

    Xbox one won't let me play digital downloaded games


    I'm wanting to play call of duty advanced warfare on zombies I've got Xbox live and game pass but it says I havnt got the game but I bought it digital from game shop and downloaded it how do i get to play without having to buy it again???

    My downloaded games won't let me play!

    I can't play NBA 2k17 because it says I need to sign into the account that i paid for them on. I AM ON THE ACCOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THEM ON!!!!! error code 0x803f9006. Come on Xbox

    My downloaded game won't let me play!!

    I have rainbow six seige downloaded onto my Xbox one. I tried playing it but it says, "Do you own this game or app". But I do own this game. It just won't let me play. I don't have a disc for it and the account I bought it own I dealeted. I didn't know I
    had to keep the account so I could play it. PLEASE help me Xbox

    commerce page     for that purchase, if you are not able to find it this would indicate that this account does not own the content and you would need to purchase it to play.

    If you are able to locate it please post a photo of the order!

    If it was resolved, it was in the last 30 friggin seconds, because I tried to play the game that I BOUGHT and I OWN and your stupid friggin' system STILL WON'T LET ME PLAY.

    You guys at XBL are the ones that wanted all of us to embrace digital-download gaming. The hard-core disc players said we were crazy to go all-digital. But we did embrace it, and as it turns out, we shouldn't have trusted MS; the disc people were right.

    FIX THIS OR LET ME DELETE IT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

    To download a Play Anywhere title on PC, you must own the digital download version of the game. Disc games do not qualify. If you have the game on disc for Xbox One you won't be able to download it for free on your laptop.
