Xbox one won’t let me play any Xbox 360 games

I bought a xbox 360 disc (black ops 1) and my xbox keeps saying (this game isnt playable here for a list of xbox 360 games playable on xbox one go to xbox.com/backcompat.)(0x8082000c)anyone out there that can help me with this problem

is it the standard edition or is it a deluxe/gold/goty edition with dlc or other add-ons bundled with it?

only the standard edition is backwards compatible so if you have any other edition it will give that error.

if it is the standard edition, let us know and well try and work out why it isn't working

I've looked and it is backwards compatible, have you checked your library as it doesn't load from the disk it downloads a digital copy to you xbox one it just uses the disk as a verification that you have the game
