Xbox One wont let me play any discs

    Xbox One wont let me play any discs


    Have a huge problem. My xbox one wont play any games. Keeps saying to insert disc or asks if I have legally dowloaded. just keeps going round in that loop. Tried turning off button 10 seconds etc but no good.

    Second problem, after an hour on chat line support I was advised to delete my account then add it again. Only I couldn't, kept saying wrong password. But it wasn't as I had signed in with that password an hour before. Tried so many times the account got
    blocked??!!! So great now I have a blocked account and so have lost hundreds of hours of saves and the console is still not taking disks.

    So any help on first problem of not able to play disks. And second problem how to get my saves back, which are saved somewhere on the machine as I normally played off line. I managed to log back in to account but it has changed my id profile and given a
    strange name. Would I have to access that old profile to get my saves?

    At the end of my tether, my sons in tears, (his saves are lost also) so any help to stop me gong insane would be gratefully received. Thanks

    X1s System Update in beginning is not finising. therefore not allowing me to play whatsoever.

    I just bought a brand new xbox one s and it will not let me go to any thing. it wont apply the update after downloading. it wont let me finish startup and play. i cant even get to the point where i make a microsoft account. any help or pointers? i just wanna
    play some games and it wont even set itself up

    Thanks for the reply. Yeah I'm not having any success with this. Let me explain again so theyre no confusions...

    I recently installed ALL of my games (from physical original discs) onto one hexternal hard drive. I want to now copy the contents onto a dofferent external drive. It will only copy over the games i have downloaded from the xbox store and wont let me copy
    any of the installed discs. When i try to copy one game at a time it "Some Items were skipped. To see what they were, go to Settings......." It wont move the disc-installed games.

    Is this normal? Is there any way i can copy to entire drive on my PC? It wont read either drive when i plug them into my Windows 10 PC for some reason...
