    Xbox one won't let me make a new account


    I tried to make a new account on my xbox one and when I was finished they said they could not let me sign in.

    HELP!!!

    I haven't had a Xbox in awhile and got a new one the other day but it won't let me get the free 30 day trial when I make my Xbox live account any help please???

    My Xbox is loading my friend account but his account is expired. I want to make a new account but it won't let me do anything but restart.
