Xbox one won't let me buy my gold membership

hi my Xbox one is not letting me get a gold membership it tells me its an issue on our end try later so I try the next day and it still don't work HELP

Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

My gold membership don't work. When I use the 14 day xbox gold it says I already have gold membership, so I'm confused it won't let me play bf4 or FIFA 14 multiplayer a on xbox one. I usually buy 1 month gold just don't know why it's happening to me. Keeps
telling me I got gold but won't let me go on multiplayer a it keeps saying I need gold even when it's telling me I got gold I'm confused?????

Help, it says I found a glitch.

Alright I'm having a lot of trouble. I went to buy gold membership of xbox.com and I have to go through this security check. Well went through it put the code in and it is heading to the site again. Well I get there and it says " UH - OH that shouldn't have
happened you have found a glitch." So now I can't buy gold I am on Free Member and I can't go on xbox live because I have no membership. It won't let me do anything. I mean I tried to buy the gold off of the website again and it won't let me then I went to
try to buy gold off of my xbox and it still won't let me. PLEASE HELP!!

Log into account.microsoft.com and check under services and subscriptions to see if you have an outstanding balance listed in red that needs to be paid. Also make sure you do not have an expired payment method listed on file. If neither of those are the
case contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us for further assistance.

Sorry to hear it. Xbox One Games with Gold games do require a Gold membership in order to continue playing them. If your membership expires you'll either need to purchase the game or continue on with a new membership.

Xbox 360 Games with Gold games are your to keep regardless of your membership status.

That's the thing. I currently have Xbox live gold but can not access my games. I bought a year subscription but it won't let me access my previous games with gold
