Xbox One wont let me buy Forza 5

I'm trying to buy Forza 5 from the marketplace but it won't work. I have $50.00 on my account now and i'm going to pay for the rest with a debit card but it won't let me get to that point. I click/press on the but button and it shows the writing on the
top and the price but the payment options won't load. It brings up a screen that says this isn't working now if you try again it should work. I didn't see an error code anywhere on the screen either. When I try again the same thing happens. Also when I was
putting in the Microsoft Cards ( 2 $25.00 cards) For both of them it said it didn't work. When I tried again it said it had been used. I did get the money from them though. I also cant buy it through Xbox.com because i'm not old enough.

will there be a Forza 6 hope they don't screw it up like they did the last one no autions like the
Forza 5 it only had a few race tracks if they do come out with a new
Forza 6 game for the xbox one I wont buy it on day one
