    Xbox One Won't Let Me Buy A Game?


    So.. I few days ago I tried installing Assassins Creed with the Xbox deal but the screen just goes darker and won't go onto the buy page. I then later tried to buy Minecraft not on the deal today and once again, the same darker, black page pops up without
    going onto the buy page.. I've left it for ages now and still hasn't worked.. Please help me.

    I just buy mafia 3 on xbox one and it won't let me play and keep saying this not a xbox one game so I buy it online now it won't let me install the game.

    Hello!

    It sounds like the payment is getting declined. I would contact your bank/credit card company to see if they are blocking it, and if so, let them know this is an authorized purchase. Most likely it will work the next time you try.

    Hey there AyaYoussef1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
    At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.
