    XBox one won't launch games after download


    Hi,

    My XBOX One - OS version 10.0.10586.1026 - won't start a legitimate copy of PGA tour golf after it has downloaded. The system shows it is fully up to date and I have restored to factory defaults twice. I know the disc is fine as it has played successfully
    on another console.

    I have power cycled the box and turned off instant on. All to no avail.

    The console works fine with FiFA but has the same intermittent fault with Forza 6.

    Any help would be appreciated as we have done all of the routine stuff to try to fix.

    Elder Scrolls Morrowind won't launch

    Just purchased Elder Scrolls Morrowind on Xbox 360 and it won't launch after download. When I go to launch I get this message, "Game can't start. Please download again." I'm trying to play on the Xbox 360.

    Hi Guys,

    Just recently I have been trying to install Homefront, but my Xbox won't launch the game to install it, I thought it was a faulty game, but with further research and mucking around I have come to the conclusion that it is actually my Xbox..

    Now the Xbox seems to read the games, as if I have the game installed I can put the disc in, go to my games and apps, and click on the game app and launch it manually, but if I don't have the game installed I can not launch it in anyway, my Xbox just doesn't
    want to play the game...

    Any help would be great as 2 days ago I inserted gears of war 4 and it was fine, but now..

    Thanks Microsoft for all your support. As ever just blown away I have a kid who cant play with his xbox and no support at all. Pointless forum.

    Yeah, I've downloaded a bunch of games. Either they launch an image or they just won't launch it seems.

    Changing installed games in Halo Master Chief Collection breaks the download.

    There isn't a way to do that unfortunately. Deselecting the ones you don't want breaks the whole game and even it downloads successfully, it won't launch.

    It sounds good, and it'd be even better if they really can pull it off. Unfortunately I won't be able to get it at launch, my priorities have shifted quite a bit since the launch of the Xbox One. But maybe a few years after launch I'll be able to pick
    one up.

    Saints Row 4 isn't available as Games on Demand.

    Digital games won't release the same day as the disc version until Xbox One. On Xbox 360 the time difference is between 3 and 6 months after disc launch until it appears as a Game on Demand if at all.
