    Xbox one won't install, load, or create new user


    Carried out a console reset as xbox wouldn't install or load ANYTHING. Now it won't do those things either as it won't let me create a userprofile. Just insists I Add New then shows me an endless load screen until it flicks back. This is incredibly frustrating
    as it hasn't worked properly for a day and been troubleshooting since this morning.

    Have cycled power. Have reset console twice. Have unplugged console. Internet is fine. This is pretty ridiculous.

    Hi I'm currently having the same issues. Running very slow since it updated at 4am this morning. Checked my router log and although my connection rebooted it was hours before the update. I have tried to delete my profile then reload but can't get it to work.
    Can get on the home page after a while but still not logged in!

    Been like this all day and I have tweeted the support site but nothing back yet. Not happy at all and it seems like the update is corrupt

    Hope we get a response soon!

    TV catchup apps won't play videos.

    Update on this - I tried installing 5onDemand and this app won't even load.

    This is a brand new Xbox One, out of the box, and the functionality is useless for an entertainment console.

    What are my options? Anyone have ANY idea?

    Hi DamP SwaYz,

    First, please be cognizant of how old this thread is and refrain from replying to old threads. If you have an issue, please create a new thread.

    Second, both the PS4 and One require the user to install the game to the hard drive. This is done because it's faster to load the data from the hard drive than it is to load it from the disc drive.

    If that's the case then why won't it let me move any saves to my Xbox one from the cloud, and keeps loading games off of the cloud and forcing me to create new saves that I have previously deleted off of the cloud back onto the cloud!?
