Xbox One won’t install games from the store.

like for some reason, I can’t play Xbox one game discs cuss they won’t install. I can only install and play Xbox 360 game discs and games that have been installed from the store.

Ive talked to a few microsoft technicians about me not being able to download or install any games I bought off the xbox store with no help. Ive tried resetting my console and clicked the option to keep games and apps but games like fortnite and
minecraft were no longer there when i got it working again. I go into the store and it says i own the games but when i click install it tells me “Try again there seems to be an issue on our part.” This has been happening for a few days now. Ive tried everything.

IT WORKS NOW!!! Thanks to whoever said to try a new internet connection. I used my phone hotspot and all my games are back aling with me now beinng able to download ones from online.

Thanks for your response! Before performing a complete factory reset on the console, try downloading your games while the console is connected to another network (wireless hotspot, different home). Sometimes a network can be updated by the ISP and block
certain protocols needed to use Xbox Live and download items.

A few days ago i tried it on a different internet connection and it gave me the same try again message. I can try it on my phone hotspot though

Yes i did this and still nothing.
