    Xbox one wont go past start up screen


    I was having problems with my disk drive reading disks so as per the troubleshooting instructions I changed the console to energy saving mode and did a power cycle. Now when I try to turn it on the white light comes on straight away but the tv doesn't pick
    up anything for about 5-10 minutes and when it finally does it wont go past the Xbox One start up screen no matter how long I leave it there?? Please help.

    Xbox 360 freezes when Connecting to Xbox Live

    my Xbox wont le me get past the grey loading screen. and when i disconnect the wifi and start the xbox back up, it does the splash logo and freezes on a black screen
