Discus and support Xbox One won't go on to the dashboard from start up. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have just turned on my xbox one as I woke up to find that it just stays on a black screen with the xbox symbol on it.     Xbox One won't go on to the dashboard from start up.


    I have just turned on my xbox one as I woke up to find that it just stays on a black screen with the xbox symbol on it. Can anyone help me?

    Black Ops 2 Season Pass...store not showing maps

    Hey GrayFoxNULL! To download Revolution, you'll need to go into the in-game Store and choose to download Revolution from the same line of pictures as where the Season Pass was offered. This will queue up your download but it won't actually start downloading.
    From there, you'll need to go to the Xbox Dashboard and view the Active Downloads tab to start the Download. Let us know if you find it there! Xbox One won't go on to the dashboard from start up. :)

    Last Played Game or App always starts when Starting Party App WHY!

    One thing that annoys me about this console is, why does a game load up every time I turn my Xbox One on and start up a party? All I want to do sometimes is get into a party at the dashboard, talk to my friends and then go from there. Maybe decide on what
    game to play etc. I hate the fact that to start a party, it has to load up the last game played. i do not understand that. Why cant I start a party at the dashboard and STAY at the dashboard?! Please fix this

    Xbox One won't go on to the dashboard from start up.

    Hold the power button on front of the console until it turn's off then try and boot it up and see if that helps

    I get this from time to time. Try rebooting as described above. I have also found that the Kinect seems to freeze on boot up sometimes, so unplug that, turn the Xbox on and then plug in the Kinect.

    My copy of the game won't even start up now. It worked fine yesterday. I go to start it back up after a break and before the game is even able to start up, it kicks me offline and reverts back to dashboard.

    There is a separate download area for people that buy the Season Pass. To do this, you'll need to go into the in-game Store and choose to download Revolution from the same line of pictures as where the Season Pass was offered. This will queue up your download
    but it won't actually start downloading. From there, you'll need to go to the Xbox Dashboard and view the Active Downloads tab to start the Download. the Map Pack is 1.86Gb.





    Becareful that you pick up your future Black Ops 2 DLCs from the in-game store- season pass section and don't buy it separately for 1200 ms points since there won't be any refunds for any mistakes made.
