Xbox one wont get past the green boot up screen

I am having the same issue. Is it just me or does this problem seem kinda common? I just talked to a rep for a few hours and the re-installment of the firmware code didn't work at all. I didn't try factory reset since I would hate to lose all my saves, but
to note contacting a normal technical support agent won't help. Hopefully this can be quickly fixed.

I am having this problem as well and no one I have contacted from microsoft has helped at all. I have done all of the troubleshooting options and offline system update and my screen still won't go past the green screen. Do I need to request a service repair?

I tried all three offline diagnostics, not a single one worked, not even the factory reset did.

Same. I get the green loading screen then it cuts black and if you wait long enough sometimes it will say home couldn't load. And it will be hard for ms to fix this since we can't apply an update so don't expect to have one before the release of fallout

Same issue here. I will sometimes get past the black screen but all i get is an error saying Home took to long to load and the option to close and go back to the black screen. . .

Keep hearing about others having it sit for 15-20mins or and hour and it goes to the home screen its been 8 hours for me and still at the green screen.

If I do get past this bs I'm opting out of the program.
