Xbox one wont get past the green boot up screen

I turn my xbox one on and it just stays on the green loading screen with the 3 loading circles continuously going nonstop. I dont know how to fix this and it wont go to the home screen.

I'm having this problem as well.

I came home a while ago and gave to Xbox on command but it didn't turn on so I had to do it manually then my screen showed this error message and to go to Xbox support but I had to try to see if hard reset would work and now I'm in the same boat as you.

It's gotten to a point where my TV would turn itself off from inactive for so long

 

I got the same problem.

But a few seconds ago my screen turned black (TV is still on).

I have this problem since I play halo 5?!? and this is laggy (e.g. can`t use the Requs during the game, see only grey schemes).

 

Having exactly the same problem tried the hard reset several times, still the same after the green screen the tv goes to a black screen and nothing else happens.

 

Keep hearing about others having it sit for 15-20mins or and hour and it goes to the home screen its been 8 hours for me and still at the green screen.

If I do get past this bs I'm opting out of the program.

 

I'm having the exact same problem, it did this to me when I first updated and the comments from Xbox were to unplug everything from the Xbox except the hdmi and the power turn it off and turn it on. It seems to work the first time but a week later it has
done it again and that method no longer works.

 

I'm having the SAME issue. Xbox, how about a little assistance?

Same issue here. I will sometimes get past the black screen but all i get is an error saying Home took to long to load and the option to close and go back to the black screen. . .

 

I also got this problem, the error code was E203 I think. Means that there was a problem with an update or something but i'm yet to fix it! Any help yet?

 

I solved this problem by setting my system to default settings. It`s kind of annoying but still better then a none working system.

 

How do you set it to default if the green screen won't go away?

 

hard reset, then turned it on by pushing the power and ejction button at the same time. it will start your system in 640x480 mode. You have to hold both buttons until you hear a sound.

If it`s not working in the first place restart your xbox a few times after that. (hard reset and just power button)
