XBOX One Won't Do Anything

Hello,

I was watching TV through my XBOX One and decided to play NBA2K15. I keep the disc in the drive, so when I want to play, I can quickly get to the game. I chose the game in the main menu, and the opening shot filled the screen. It was as if the game was
loading, but it didn't do anything for a few minutes. I decided to go back to the main menu and choose Call of Duty which I downloaded. I selected the game, the sound effect came on signifying I chose the game, but it didn't do anything. I then went to
the TV option, and again nothing happened. Anybody seen this before?

Xbox One Won't Load Anything

My Xbox One Will Not Open Any Apps Games Or Even Settings
Two days ago when I attempted

to play my Xbox One, I was unable to open any games. Then while testing the issue i realized I could not open any apps settings or even help. Im at a complete loss. Ive attempted a cold reset but ive tried at least ten times with the same outcome. Does anyone
have an idea what happened to it? Is it just done for then?

 

Xbox one won't load anything

my Xbox won't load any of my games, apps, or my profile. When I go to look at my downloaded games, it'll just load indefinitely. When I go select a game on the homepage it'll try to start it but it'll just say that the game took too long loading. I tried
do a hard restart multiple times and I even unhooked everything from the Xbox but still won't work

 

Most likely, this can be fixed by holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down completely and then restarting and trying again.

 

Instant On mode by any chance?

Since the November update, this sort of thing has become an unwelcome "feature" of Instant On mode, get used to it happening on a regular basis and for MS to completely ignore the problem.

Of course a hard reset will fix it, but only temporarily, but having to do a hard reset every five minutes kind of defeats the purpose of Instant On mode.

 

I haven't had this happen nearly as often since I started closing my unused apps. Highlight the app on your home screen, press menu, and choose Exit

 

Thanks all for the help with this. Sorry for the late reply. I haven't really had time to play with it. I never use the Instant On mode, however I also never close out of my apps. I'll start doing that.

 

Same issue with my console. Support had me send my Xbox in for repair. I knew that would not fix but did anyway because my consoles warranty as ending.

Same issue. What a waste of your money Microsoft

I would suggest calling support every time you get the issue. It's the only way they will do anything. The support people keep telling me this is the first time they have heard of this issue.

There must be a hundred different threads on here all with people experiencing the same problem and all being ignored by anyone official.

 

I'm experiencing the same problem hard reset and unplugging it does nothing my Xbox one was working about 3 days ago everything was fine and I come back home and nothing works my downloaded games my apps nothing works
