Xbox one won't detect my phone

I suggest performing a power cycle for your console through which you turn it off and unplug the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

If the issue persists, you may want to try to soft reset the console, it might correct the issue!

I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.

I have exactly the same problem here, it's simply not being detected. One thing as well my Xbox won't turn on with the tuner plugged in, unplug it and it starts up fine.

Have you tried using the console on another TV? It also sounds like your console could probably benefit from a Soft Factory Reset ("Keep my Games and Apps") to help any corruption or problems within the operating system. Take a look at this support article:

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. Also whenever you do get prompted to go to the Troubleshoot screen you can use the D-pad to select the option. You can also do the "Keep my Games and Apps" option from the Troubleshoot screen.
