XBox One won't connect

Discus and support XBox One won't connect in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i go into the network settings and test my connection it says its working but when i'm on the home screen and click connect Xbox Live it doesn't...     XBox One won't connect


    When i go into the network settings and test my connection it says its working but when i'm on the home screen and click connect Xbox Live it doesn't work and looks like its not actually doing anything, every other device on the connection is working fine
    but my Xbox One won't.

    hey every time I go to connect my Xbox one to Xbox live it won't connect and says additional authentication needed enter alternate MAC address as I enter it it still won't connect I need help

    XBox One won't connect

    Hi. Try turning off the console and restarting your router/modem and wait already 30 sec. Before turning the console back on and see if that helps. If not you can connect with a cable to see if the problem is just a wireless issue or not.

    i tried all that and then it fixed by me accidentally logging out and then logging back in, not entirely sure that was wrong for that to be the fix

    I had same problem i bought a new console only to find out i cant update as a error occurd. My adsl line can connect to the internet and toy xboc 360. I eventually connected my xbox one with my mobile sim card and router it fid update and i managed to
    connect to xbox live. Isuspect my router foesnt see my xbox one even when it says all is ok. So dry different router
