Xbox one won’t connect to Xfinity now Wi-fi pass

The people whose routers you are connecting to likely don't have the ports open, and they probably also don't want you doing high bandwidth activities on other people's connectiosn

But that is speculation, you need to call their support for help with their network

1. Restart your Xbox Series X and your Xfinity modem/router. This can often resolve connectivity issues.



2. Check that your Xfinity modem/router is not blocking your Xbox Series X from connecting to the Wi-Fi network. You can do this by logging into your Xfinity modem/router's settings and checking the list of connected devices. If your Xbox Series X is not listed, you may need to add it to the list of allowed devices.



3. Try connecting your Xbox Series X to your Xfinity Wi-Fi network using a wired connection. If this works, it may indicate that there is an issue with the Wi-Fi signal or settings.

I've had this problem before to. one thing you could try if its happening with gold pass games and you have gold pass / renewed it but it still is popping up go to the Wi-Fi settings and check which one your connected to it may be that your on a deleted Wi-Fi network and because of that the system doesn't recognize your gold pass has been renewed since it cant connect via that Wi-Fi cause its doesn't exist anymore so it gives that error message if so then try switching to another Wi-Fi network and then see if it works. don't know if that's what's happening but I thought if it was that this might help as it worked for me.

If is comcast its a known issue. You need to use a wired connection for now. Comcast even issues a bulletin about it:
