    Xbox one won't connect to Xbox live


    If I go on my Xbox one, the homepage has a bit that says 'Connect to Xbox Live'. However I test the connection and it says it's connected. I then try and access a game that requires wifi and it says I have no internet. I have been able to connect to Xbox
    live before but why can't I now? It says. 'Error 0x0000000'. Could someone please help me out.

    Xbox live for Xbox 1 not working

    At my house my Xbox one won't connect to my Xbox live but at my grandmas house it will connect to Xbox live

    Hi there,

    please try signing out of your profile and signing back in

    If that fails please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    cannot connect to xbox live

    I was not signing into xbox live before. I was not even connecting. I was just playing the games on the console. the profile I set up on there is missing and won't let me create a new one. I tried to connect and now it won't let me connect to xbox live.
    It shows that I am connecting to the internet and then errors at the xbox live point.

    Xbox connects to live but disconnects itself when going to Video

    One quick thing to add:

    If I try connecting to Xbox Live while in the Xbox Video App it just says "Your connection to Xbox Live was lost…" so for whatever reason it just won't let me connect to Live when I'm in that app.

    I'm having similar connection issues with Xbox live on my One. I can log into my account just fine but it's not connecting to xbox live. I was able to sign into live on my 360, but for some reason my One just won't let me connect.
