    Xbox One won't connect to Xbox Live


    Hello all,

    As per the title, I am having difficulty connecting to Xbox Live. I am connected to my wifi and am able to watch shows on HBO GO, however I am not able to connect to the Xbox Live service. I've completed a multiplayer connection test and then brought up
    the detailed network statistics and everything appears to be normal. No packet loss, 85 ms latency, 77% wireless strength, open NAT type, NAT is behind a cone NAT, and I have a status code of 0x2000050. Any suggestions?

    Xbox live for Xbox 1 not working

    At my house my Xbox one won't connect to my Xbox live but at my grandmas house it will connect to Xbox live

    cannot connect to xbox live

    I was not signing into xbox live before. I was not even connecting. I was just playing the games on the console. the profile I set up on there is missing and won't let me create a new one. I tried to connect and now it won't let me connect to xbox live.
    It shows that I am connecting to the internet and then errors at the xbox live point.

    Xbox connects to live but disconnects itself when going to Video

    One quick thing to add:

    If I try connecting to Xbox Live while in the Xbox Video App it just says "Your connection to Xbox Live was lost…" so for whatever reason it just won't let me connect to Live when I'm in that app.

    I'm having similar connection issues with Xbox live on my One. I can log into my account just fine but it's not connecting to xbox live. I was able to sign into live on my 360, but for some reason my One just won't let me connect.
