Xbox One won't connect to xbox live today?

the wi fi finds my network ok but won't accept password? Not sure if it's coincidence but it's since I played the Evolve alpha last night?

I phoned customer support and other customers on the xbox one preview programme have had same issue?

please help! Sunday is my gaming day

Possible faulty controller, anyone else have this issue?

I have been in contact with Xbox customer support. They suggest it's interference. They say a number of other customers have had the same issue and have said the problem is, some wireless routers are causing the controllers to malfunction. They suggest connecting the Xbox to the network via ENET cable. I told them that this was an unacceptable work around

 

Party Chat keeps disconnecting.

Im having a similar issue. first of all are you a member of the preview programme as I was on the phone to a xbox support worker and they said it was a issue a few people are reporting regarding the preview programme

I read somewhere that unplugging the Kinect sensor might help? If you have Kinect could you try that please guys?

I have simply held the xbox power button on console for 20 seconds. Then unplugged the power brick for a few minutes and it seems fine

Forza seems to not be loading though? Believe that's a seperate issue tho

Has there been a definate fix to this as it's really quite annoying. I've also played the evolve alpha. Very annoying as my router is in a different room

 

This is a problem currently being experienced by Preview Build users. A hard reboot and unplugging the brick for 5 minutes is the usual fix, and some have been reporting unplugging Kinect has been helping.

Also, I strongly recommend posting any preview-related issues in the Preview Forums, so the engineers can track the number of people experiencing issues, and so you can get help more specific to preview-related problems.

My xbox one is fine now. I just held the xbox button for 15 seconds. Then in plugged the power brick for a minute or so

I have since came out of the preview programme. Obviously we are there to test so can't complain when we get gets bugs like this. This is whole point of programme and not just to get stuff a month earlier like I initially thought

Most common workaround is having Kinect unplugged to get the WiFi back working.
