    Xbox one won’t connect to WiFi anymore


    Hey everyone,

    My Xbox one stopped connecting to wifi yesterday and evertthing was fine thursday, but now when I turn it on it says “connect to Xbox live”. I went into network settings and no wifi networks came up and when I go to add a network and put my SSID in, it won’t
    work. I had this problem back in May and it was fixed back then when I brought a gaming router. Back then, when I setted up the router, all the Wifi networks came back up out of the blue and I thought I fixed it permenately. But now I realized I was wrong,
    I tried all the troubleshooting steps on the forums and none of them work. I tried YouTube videos and none of them helped. I’m out of ideas and I became frustrated because I don’t what causes this issue when my internet is working perfectly fine on my other
    devices. Does anybody have any suggestions that I haven’t tried yet?

    If I do the console reset option that doesn’t remove games and apps on the Xbox series s, does it still remove all accounts as well?

    Thankyou for the response, I have other things connected to my WiFi and are having no issues with them so my WiFi is on and working, I even pulled out my Xbox one and it’s having the same issues, I’ve reset my Xbox series s, and It won’t even let me finish the setup stages because it just simply won’t connect.

    My wifi had shut down and after restarting it my Xbox series s wont connect to wifi and it says the password is wrong but I am entering the right one, what can I do to fix that?

    there isn’t an active box. there are disable, allow, or deny boxes though. my xbox was connected to the internet fine then the xbox randomly turned itself off and it won’t connect. i’ve reset the wifi and everything.
