Xbox One won't connect to the wifi

Discus and support Xbox One won't connect to the wifi in XboX Networking Hardware to solve the problem; having same problem just happened a few hours ago strong supporter of Microsoft products so hopefully it' fixed soon.     If you want to use WiFi to connect to your network hardware you must disconnect the ethernet cable from the console. It's one or the other not both.

    Wired ethernet is superior to WiFi.

    I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!
