    Hi, having an issue with my xbox one, its started logging me out of xbox live and then it woun't reconnect me error code 0x800706ba. all account on my xbox are affected.

    I have to do a hard restart of the xbox and then the account work, but a few hours later i get kicked again. while kicked all the network test still pass.

    Xbox One powers up but no signal (HDMI). After first restart, could still connect controller, but then after restart can't even do that. Also cannot eject game disc. Previously was playing, but game froze and I didn't try to restart until now.

    Can't use chat support because first and last name are greyed out and it won't let me connect without first/last name...

    Any help appreciated!

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    Same issue here..... I am a preview member. The latest update caused this. Hopefully they are aware. Please look into this guys.

  6. I'm having the same issue. I do believe it has something to do with the latest preview update, but I am not entirely sure yet. Also while I had this happen to me earlier, while on Netflix it continued to function like normal even though going to home screen
    said I was not connected to xbox live.

  7. I have literally just posted about connection issues but the hard reset worked, I'm also a preview member. Can this be stickied until resolved?

    I've been having the same issue for a few days now. I contacted the support by phone and by chat. Both of which lead to the same exact results. Hard reset is the only way around it until they figure out what is causing the problem.

    I'm guessing everyone is still having this issue were you are playing xbox and you just get kicked offline out of no where and when you just turn off your system normally it won't let you sign in to your accounts unless you hard reset?

  10. This is exactly the kind of thing I was worried about when joining this preview program! unfiltered crap coming down the pipes to our xbox ones in the form of these half-baked updates... this issue has been going on for at least 5 days now and still no acknowledgement
    on their end that the problem even exists?? and the problem IS on their end b/c everything else running on my internet connection works just fine even the 360.. the xone even says 'everything good' when running the connection tests after this BS happens..
    thankfully the hard reset will work but only temporarily as it logs me out after an hour or so and will do so right in the middle of an online game! then cannot log back in unless a hard reset is applied.. this is getting extremely annoying and really starting
    to lose my patience as it seems there is nothing being done to resolve the matter.. this is a BROKEN machine right now and this issue needs to be fixed! definitely cannot enjoy the console in this condition.. the frustration is far outweighing the fun.. what
    I would like to know is there anybody that is not a preview tester that is experiencing this? and can someone from Xbox break the silence and let us know something?? regret is something I hate to feel and I'm getting a lot of it lately with this console.
