Xbox one won’t connect to any remote! Wired or wireless!

My Xbox One will not connect to any controllers. I have two controllers of my own and neither will stay connected for longer than one or two minutes to my Xbox, if they connect at all. I have tried all the suggested
troubleshooting tips from the Xbox site for this problem, including changing the batteries, updating the controllers, plugging into the console and then reconnecting, and power cycling my console. In addition, I've been able to connect my two controllers
to friends' Xbox's with no problems. Yet when I've tried to connect a friend's controller to my console it wouldn't work. What do I do now? Is this a known issue with a known solution? If so I haven't been able to come across it. If it isn't one, what
can I do to try to fix it? I am willing to do anything I can that's cheaper than just buying a new console. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This phenomenon is the solution to the problem caused by the controller driver of Xbox One :1. Reset the Xbox One. 2. Update the system.

In all honesty, wireless remote yes, but i prefer the wired headset. i personally think the quality is better, and there is less chance of any interference from another device. A wired connection in my opinion is always better than a wireless connection.

A direct feed instead of a wave feed.

This is a wired connection using Cable modem that wire connect to wireless Router that wire connect to Xbox One S.

my xbox has recently started doing something similar. i have 1 wired controller thats always plugged in, and one wireless one. my wireless one is in a drawer next to my bed at the moment, off, and my xbox shows 2 controllers/remotes connected to it. last
night it kept pausing my movie while i was laying down nowheres near a controller. is there a way to block outside connections?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your 360. When you say you're having problems calibrating the Kinect, what are you using to select Yes/No? Do you have a wired Xbox 360 controller or a wireless one? If you have a wireless one, is it fully charged
and synced with the Xbox 360 properly?
