    xbox one won't connect during any games after ea access hub downloaded


    tried downloading battlefield and peggle 2 after paying 30 for 12 month ea access. both games froze and now xbox won't load any gamesbe it disc or hard drive. Netflix still works, any other game refuses to load / says it is taking to long to load / or says
    can't connect to xbox live.

    download diagnostic says everything is awesome, but it isn't.

    EA Access games stuck at loading screen

    I recently bought an Xbox One S and i downloaded and subscribed to EA Access. I downloaded 4 games (FIFA, Madden, etc.) from the EA Access hub and all 4 of them get stuck at the loading screen and the screen goes black and sends me back to the Xbox Home
    after about 30 seconds. Games not downloaded from EA Access work fine. Not sure what the issue is. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

    EA Access Hub Email incorrect

    Just setup the One X today and downloaded EA Access Hub.. Though when I start the hub it applies an email that it is not valid. Though this email is nowhere in my profile or my EA profile, wants me to create a EA account, which I have already had for years.
    Any suggestions?

    trials

    lego

    but all ea and ubisoft games won't work.

    dead rising 3 gives 0x8027025a error

    • Power on your console and try to load one of the games that previously would not load.

    Did you download the game from the xbox live gold subscription page or the EA access hub?

    Can't locate EA Access App

    If you have kinect say Xbox go to EA access hub or maybe just EA access or if you haven't downloaded it yet say Xbox bing ea access. Reboot always helps too if you have DL'd it.

    EA Access was free for use during the week of E3. During this time you would have been able to download and play the game. The free access was only until June 18. After that point you would either need to have a membership to EA Access or purchase the
    game.

    If you had originally purchased the game on your account then try power cycling the console to see if that helps.
